On campus at SUNY New Paltz where I taught a LEED prep class to the campus architect and facilities department staff members, then toured the old science building where I had spent many hours as an undergrad. This dark old building is now a bright, welcoming, energy efficient LEED certified educational facility.
The students were very interested in sustainability and career opportunities in that field. Here I am discussing the latest in LED technology.

I had the privlege to participate in a Successful Women's Mini Sumit for undergraduate and graduate students at SUNY New Paltz. It was an incredible day! We all left inspired by President Christian, Foundation Board members, faculty, fellow panelists and especially by the students with their engagement and thoughtful questions.
That evening we were treated to a very special "Distinguished Speaker Series" with New York Times best selling author and fellow New Paltz alum Regina Calcaterra. Her book Etched in Sand.
